Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County protects the identity and confidentiality of its clients and volunteers, so we need to make you aware of these Meals On Wheels client/volunteer confidentiality policies.

• Always pre-arrange any interview or photo shoot with the proper Meals On Wheels office personnel.
• Always have a Meals On Wheels staff person or assigned Meals On Wheels volunteer with you who has received a signed release from the client before the interview or picture is taken.
• Never use any client's or volunteer's full name or address in order to prevent anyone from being victimized by someone seeing your story.
• You may say John or Mr. Doe but never John Doe. You may say Mr. Doe on the south side of town, but never Mr. Doe and his street name.
