Chuckwagon Clay Shoot & Hoedown

June 10-11, 2016

Join us for this fun and exciting two-day event honoring the western heritage of Fort Worth and the surrounding communities of Tarrant County. The Chuckwagon Clay Shoot & Hoedown will take place at the historic Walsh Ranch in Aledo, Texas.

Clay Shoot – Friday, June 10

Compete in our afternoon shoot for some Texas-sized bragging rights.  Plus, stay for the after party which features live music immediately following the shoot.

Schedule of Events

12:00 p.m. –  Check-in opens (You must check in no later than 1:45 p.m.)
Wild game lunch served by Chuckwagoners
Silent auction opens

   1:45 p.m. – Brief safety announcement by Chris Ryan

  2:00 p.m. – Shoot begins

Awards and After Party

  • Adult beverages will be available after all shooting is done
  • Chuckwagon grub
  • Awards presentation
  • Live music

Asleep at the Wheel

Spend an evening underneath the big, bright stars at the historic Walsh Ranch.  You do not want to miss the opportunity to enjoy Texas Cuisine by Jon Bonnell and dance the night away to Grammy Award-winning Asleep at the Wheel!

 

Plus, you will enjoy an open bar featuring local spirits, entertainment by 3 Fools on 3 Stools, and a silent auction that is sure to make for a memorable evening.

6:00 p.m. – V.I.P. Pre-Party at the Walsh Ranch House

7:00 p.m. – Texas Cuisine by Jon Bonnell

Sundown – Asleep at the Wheel Concert

Attire – Ranch House Casual

This exciting event benefits Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County, which provides much-needed programs and services to the homebound elderly and disabled residents of Tarrant County.  These programs enable our clients to remain living independently in their own homes, surrounded by a lifetime of cherished memories.
